If you have suffered damage caused by an uninsured or unidentified speedboat or personal watercraft, the claim report will automatically be sent to FSV. We will contact you and explain the next steps once we have received your claim report.

An unknown vessel is when no one has information about the other party. An uninsured vessel is one where you know that the vessel is not covered by the required third-party liability insurance.
